Smile VISA question-teaching in Australia university

Hi,

I get an offer to teach in an Australia university (3-year term and may be extended). Which visa should I apply? 418 or 457?
May I apply ENS or RSMS directly? I search the internet but still cannot find the answer. Can anyone give me some ideas. Thank you very much.

Your employer can sponsore you for the ENS and RRMS at any time if they want.
Personally would got with the ENS/RRMS from the start if you can get them to do this as its a permanent visa. This gives you more security.

Thank you very much for your answer. Do you mean I should try to ask them to sponsor me for the RSMS before I come there (My job will be in SA)?
If they only give me the 418, should I still go? Thanks a lot.
