Default Teaching Tertiary Education in the UAE

There is a severe shortage of qualified personnel in the Tertiary Education sector in the UAE - we have been struggling to find engineering faculty for over a year, and I know that the situation is similar in other departments.

Check out www.hct.ac.ae to see a list of current requirements. You will need a masters degree (as a minimum) and 2 to 3 years of teaching experience.
