Teaching in Australia

Hi. I am a secondary school teacher in U.K (over 10yrs) thinking of emigrating. I have a Bed (hons) teaching degree (4yr) and have taught Science , Biology, now taeching SEN in Britain. I have a postgraduate degree in Pyschology so have also taught this. Need to find out how to get there as emigration fair agent stated we would have to have £24,000 to show to the Victoria local government in savings (no chance of having that). Don't have any savings so is there any other way e.g having a sponsor there. Also if there's any teachers on here can they let me know how it's working out for them. My wife is also finishing her degree in Social Work this year. Cheers.
