Does canada have agencies where u can register for supply work? Actually do they have employment agencies, where someonedoes all the running round for u?

For teaching jobs the local education board does everything. It's very different from the UK since a teacher is not employed by the school and so can be switched from school to school by the board as demand arises.

Supply is taken care of by the boards. You apply directly to them, It seems that initially supply rather than full time work will be offered, though retired teachers often make up additional supply numbers (Canadian experience).

If you look a bit further down this section you'll see a link with lots of details about job posting services over then net, you post your resume along with your inside leg measurement (at least thats how it seems) and hopefully someone will notice.

If you want to improve your chances do some volunteer work when you land and are waiting for OCT to say you fit the bill, it'll get you known by principles and help give you experience.
