which states provide the most support for visa applications?

i am applying for sponsorship to w.a. for the 457 visa, i have chosen W.A because it seems the only state to offer lots of support and a simple(ish) route into eventual permanant residency.

has anyone else any opions on other states that could offer the same level of support?

WA offers the most 'support' as it is the most desperate. NT is also supposedly desperate in some parts so might be worth a look.

Do remember they only offer a temp visa, the PR is not guarenteed.
