Default TEACHERS PLEASE HELP - Can I teach Secondary in Ontario with PGCE?

Has anyone successfully transferred their British PGCE Secondary to Ontario despite having only one teachable subject?

I have a 4-year BA from Ontario, as well as an MA and PhD from England, and a 1-year PGCE, so plenty of time in Uni to meet the course time credentials, but it was primarily in one subject (English) and my minor degree (psychology) is not usually accepted as a teachable.

Is the OCT likely to accept my credentials with a PhD and PGCE Secondary in English despite having no second teachable?

Thank you for your help. The OCT has not replied to my emails, so want to find out if others have successfully done this. Thanks.
