Hi,

Haven't had much luck with an answer to my previous thread. From what I have read does it mean that if I complete Masters Degree then I will get level 8 but if not will get level 7 and thus be paid on a lower pay scale. When I looked months ago I found some levels but don't seem to be able to find these now just ones that are descriptors without acctually specifying what award is necessary.

Please help because if there is no difference I want to start the ball rolling.
