PGDE inquiry
 

I know this topic has been thrown around but most cases it's quite specific in the answers. I am hoping to get a bit of help if possible.

I am a Canadian/U.K citizen, have a Bachelors in Philosophy/Sociology and want to teach primary/elementary school children (state schools) in either Scotland, Australia, Hong Kong as a regular primary school teacher…or apply to international school in the UEA, Hong Kong, South East Asia as regular primary school teacher or an ESL teacher etc.

If I get a PGDE, would this allow me to have the minimum requirements to apply to the above ambitions?
