Licensed Teachers Urgently Needed in Taiwan
 

We at Dewey International Education Consultants Ltd. are looking for hard working, success driven and motivated licensed teachers to work in our public or private schools located in Taiwan. We offer our teachers a great compensation package and the chance to experience Taiwan at its finest.

Job Vacancy: K-12 Elementary, Junior high licensed teachers

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Native English Speaker from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Ireland
-Bachelors Degree or higher degree
-A holder of a state government issued teaching license/sub teaching license or APRC or MARC - for public school system
-A holder of a valid passport (at least 6 months)
-Ability to stay and teach at least for 12 months

Other Teaching Information:
-Contract term: minimum of one year; renewable contract-in accordance with the school
-Size of class: 25~40 students; Student age: in accordance with the school;
-Curriculum: scenario teaching, practical conversation, or flexible -in accordance with the school
-Full-time job (20-25hr/week) from 8:00am – 4:00pm, Mondays thru Fridays

Salary & Benefits:
-Salary ranges from 2030-2270 USD/month
BA – NT$ 60,890
MA – NT$ 67,925
PhD – NT$ 70,895
-Housing subsidy 170 USD/month; accommodation assistance
-Airfare reimbursement 1340-2660 USD; free airport pickup
-End of contract performance bonus: aprox. one month salary
-Summer (July-Aug.) & winter (late Jan.-mid-Feb.) vacation
-National labor insurance and health insurance provided
-Work permit & alien resident certificate (ARC): school will assist to apply
