How to teach in the US - BSA?

Has anyone ever applied there or does anyone know anything about this route in?

I am a primary teacher with an early years specialism and am desperate to move on a permanent basis to the states. The BSA offers a 2 year contract, working permit for OH (so it says on the website). BUT i don't know if i want to teach the NC again, my dream of living in America is to totally immerse myself in that cultre. But then again it could be a means to an end, and the schools are not in our dream locations - we want either VT or CA.

What would happen if i was successful and got a job with them but fell pregnant? Would this invalidate my visa? Would i be able to have the baby and have hubby look after it and still work at the school? It seems like a random question but we have not finished our family yet, but don't want to put either on hold in case nothing transpires of either emmigrating or having another baby.

Would a masters in education help secure a job at an american school either state or private?

I really don't know where to start in this whole thing really and would love to hear from people who have had success in getting over there and how you did it.
