Default Esl/esol Teachers

Does anyone know if there are many employment opportunities in the Toronto area for ESL for adults? I've got two years experience and i'm teacher trained.

I contacted a few TEFL organisations in BC at one point last year, but not a single one even bothered to reply to my general questions which were the same as yours.

Yes, its frustrating. there seems to be a lack of accurate information. There seems to be a glut of ESOL tutors in the UK at the moment and it might be the same there. When I was last in Canada it seemed that employers will only bother with you if they 'need' you. Are you based in the UK or Canada?

I'm in the UK going through the residency process - I should change my location!
