Current timeline for registration in Victoria
Anyone out there know how long it's taking to register for teaching in Victoria.
Heard it's 8 weeks at present to get NOOSR, but not sure about registration.Would like to hear from others who are in same position.I'm really worried that if it takes too long (after 1st July) that Victoria might take early years teacher of their wanted list.No other states have early years teachers on their list. We've only got 110 points, so it's like our last option.Really don't want to go down temp visa road with 2 kids.
Please any info would be great

In the same position: 110 points and 2 kids but secondary.
Long story but we have NZ teacher reg. so there is a reciprocal arrangement in place.
Hopefully we have the info for NOOSR to send in the next few weeks.
2 Q's if I may:
Why Oz?
2ndly - how confident are you of getting employment?
Look forward to hearing from you,
Bezza
