Hi all,
So I have a million and one questions about the two above courses. Basically I am from the UK but I have dual nationality with Australia, therefore I can study in Aus easily!
Which is better the Australian Masters of teaching program or a UK PGCE?
I don't really want to wait until next september to start a PGCE which is why I am more inclined to do the Aus route as it starts in February.
I can't decide between primary or secondary.... I would really love to do Secondary but I want to teach Music and ideally in International schools... but there aren't many Music teaching jobs in International schools, which is why I am more inclined to do Primary.
Does anyone know the requirements or any tips of the application forms for Masters of Teaching.... I have been researching but there isn't a lot about the Aus courses.
Another million questions to go.... The master of teaching course says you have to specialise in two subjects but both you have had to of studied at University. I did a Music degree and it was only a music degree, but I have been a TEFl teacher for the last four years... could I put English and Music down?
Basically I am clueless about Masters of Teaching... Any tips or any information would be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you,
