apply before we fly?

apply before we fly?
Hiya!
We are jetting off to Qld in August, Can I apply to Queensland to register as a teacher before I move over or do I have to apply once in the country??
I've tried emailing them but have had no response.

You can apply before you arrive in Australia. Its easier if you have an address in Australia to use.
