I don't know what visa he's entering the country on. He's obviously expecting to 'earn' money, but I thought short term business visas were reserved for people with specialist skills that would benefit Australia - he certainly doesn't fit that criteria.

Would it be some kind of entertainment visa (I have no idea if that actually exists - but there must be something that bands etc doing tours come on?)

Happen to know that cause my brother and his group only had 1 visa thinking it was enough to play in 2 states.
They were stopped at Schiphol airport and had to cancel their tour ... p*****d off is putting it mildly...
That is the USA though.

Aha, I can throw in a bit of knowledge ... bands wanting to play in the USA need a work visa ( and 1 per each state they want to perform).

Can't believe I went and googled it. You'd think I had nothing better to do.

I think it would probably be the Temporary Activity visa (subclass 408) as presumably he's being invited by One Nation rather than Pauline Hanson personally.

Anyway, I thought he said "I want my life back". Telling Brits they can be like the Ozzies and then going down there to tell them they can be like the Brits doesn't seem to fulfil that particular desire to me

So I wonder who it was who coincidentally invited him to drop in to NZ while he's down that way?

Just seems like more of the same.

Anyway, then and only then can they be like [or nearly as good as] England (again). NZ should do the same.

We're not holding any more dumbarsed referendums. The last one cost over $120 million and caused huge grief and hurt and the result was exactly what everyone said it would be before the money was wasted.
