Some stupid woman has just backed into our mail box and broken the rear window of her car.
Why on earth do people try to turn around in a narrow lane...when they could drive 20 yards and turn in the cul de sac? This the 5th time our mail box has been knocked over.

Which policy do you think is best?
Policy 1: Grades 3-6 get 45 mins of homework each night during the week, on weekends and on holidays
Policy 2: The amount of homework you receive each night is 10 mins multiplied by your grade. There is no homework on weekend, but there is homework on vacations
Policy 3: The amount of homework you receive each night is 10 mins multiplied by your grade. There is homework on weekends, but none on vacations.

You are aware of my unwavering ability to be an utter arsehole, right?

Yeah I think I have heard of the fact that you can be an utter arsehole somewhere before.

Seeing the guy DRIVING in front of me for a mile or so this afternoon spending more time watching porn on his cell phone, rigged up like a hands-free GPS unit, than watching the road.
Don't talk, don't text, don't wank whilst driving.

Personally I think homework for primary school kids every night is way over the top, young kids need to be kids and after 6 or 7 hours at school they need to come home blow off some steam or just relax and have some downtime.
My kids (11 and 8) have homework once a week at weekends that takes half an hour tops, and none during the school hols, for a primary school child I think that's enough.
