Hell's bells! I trust the new job is worth the drive?
The terrible thing is, it used to take me a little under an hour to get into work, when I was a civil servant in Belfast. I lived 12 miles from work
. That's the genius of a 4-5 mile stretch of 2-lane single carriageway after a 4-lane stretch on arguably the busiest stretch of road in the area ...
You want to see bad driving? Sit on the A2 in Greenisland after the dual carriageway, at the merge to 2 lanes at 8:00 in the morning

That makes sense. $6-700 a month can make for a big difference as far as houses go. Especially if the house prices in Texas are still as attractive as they were on all those house hunters shows my wife used to watch on TV ...

Bloody Hell! Don't mention those joyless twunts! My dad's family are Plymouth Breathren, and they are as forward thinking as Saudi fundamentalists! Bad news indeed! It is no wonder, after a very dour upbringing that my dad drank , smoked and got upto all kinds of opposite behaviour to compensate. True to form, like most sons, I followed most of my dad's ways, and consequently was given a lot of leeway when I was younger, due to my dad's unhappy younger life. C'est la vie, and all that.

See, a lot of people live in huge towns of 50,000 residents at home, so of course any decent sized place over here is now envisioned as being as big and as busy as NYC.

Using your brain is a bad thing? Really?

Has anyone ever cleaned the vents on their dishwasher? Disgusting, I hate to think that that gunk had anything to do with the dishes I have been using. Hopefully the leaking door will be fixed.

We are selling our house, and we had quite a few viewers today. The reason I'm pi$$ed off is the last realtor did not lock up the house. There is a lock box, and I have keys, so no excuse. Luckily it's a quiet, safe street.
