Arhhh you've just reminded me of years ago (in the 70s) when sometimes the sticks on ice lollies were a bit splintery.

Windows 10 updates. Got a message that they needed to update, so I allowed it, this was UK 3pm Yesterday, at midnight it was 91% complete, when I got up this moring, it was.... 91% complete, still working. at 11am with the same message on the screen I decided enough is enough, so I switched the computer off, switched back in and it too about 10 mins to undo the updates. now working as normal. 20 hours of wasted time.
