Dunno. Lumbago or sciatica or just bad aches and creaks. Whatever. It is messing with my wish and need to complete painting my decks , fences and gates. It is also messin' with my sleep.

For a bad back/hips, I bought a TENS unit...works for me. I have also been a regular (1 per month) at my chiro’s office. She works miracles on my lower back and hips. I start to stiffen up and ache the week/few days before my next visit.

I'm as pissed off as it's possible to be. Got an email from the estate agents managing our two little houses in Liverpool, they sounded very proud of themselves because they'd served a Section 13 notice on both our tenants telling them their rent was increasing in September.
I didn't authorise this, it wasn't even discussed with me! Both tenants are going into their 4th year with us, they pay their rent on time and look after the properties. I haven't increased the rent yet and I don't bloody want to now! I've told the agent to revoke the notices and to apologise to the tenants, telling them they'd done this without my permission or knowledge. Bloody unbelievable, I'm so flipping angry.
