Bastarding Death and his current rampage through the British Light Entertainment industry. Victoria Wood is going too far now, this one has left me quite upset, goodness knows what it must be like for her family.

They regularly print articles that originally appeared in Women's Day and New Idea (Aus publications) who are on a par with the National Enquirer on a bad day.

I know!! couldn't believe it. Watched an (older ) tribute programme to her many talents last night .So many fab people talking about her ,Julie of course and Celia Imrie,Dawn French, Clive James (has he passed away as well?) Roger Moore, Richard E Grant, many more from the several series like Dinner Ladies, and Acorn Antiques.. priceless humour.

This is one of the worst of the many lost to cancer this year,so young.

Also heard that Prince had died, all alone in an elevator of all things...:(

I'm always suspicious of food with a French name, sold or served in England.

Ninety percent of the time it means half as much food at double the price.

The other ten percent of the time it means food that would barely feed a spuggie.

Etihad didn't have breakfast pies, but I did have rather nice, creamy scrambled eggs on a toasted English muffin, warm croissants with berry jam and butter, fresh fruit salad, fresh orange juice and an enormous (and piping hot!) cappuccino. So I'm not at all pissed off.

Slightly concerned about the outbreak of fruit salad, but the rest of that sounds great.

Obama telling the British people to stay in the EU.

When will the US learn to keep its nose out? Surely they've caused enough problems in the world already.

Maybe Obama would like the EU to help run the USA as well. :)

Hopefully he is as ineffectual in the UK as he is here.
