I've noticed that I tend to be more awake on weight days than I am on running days. Probably doesn't help that I go to the gym after 9, and I'm usually not out of the shower when I get home until 12, but usually I'm sat up until 1 or later on those days, whereas on the days when I run, which is usually done right after work shortly after 5, I'm often passed out in the living room by 9:30.

Can't make head nor tail of it.

Three weeks before I go on a 5 week holiday I have torn my medial meniscus. Again. Doctor says I'm probably going to need surgery to fix it this time. 😣

FFS Sultan its easy!

They are more awake on the days they are not, except when the weight of the day is equal to the square root of Tuesday and the inside leg of the dog is a weight day, but only does the running day fall asleep on a pivot of the 9.30 sleepy banana, egg and chips for dinner.

You're just the loveliest person Dorothy Things are better now, I'm at my oldest sister's house and we're the two most alike out of all the siblings so I feel very relaxed here. We're going down to Prevelly tomorrow for a week, just the two of us, which will do me (and her!) the world of good.

The week after that all the sisterhood (4 of us) are going down to Margaret River, and the week after that another sister and I are going to Bali, next time I come there won't be so much dashing about the place.

Thanks to everyone who replied to my overwhelmed self, you all made me feel a lot better and not anywhere near as bonkers as I thought I was

Rude people are really pissing me off today. If you contact me for advice then at least have the courtesy to say please and/or thank you. I see this all the time on FB groups, as well as on BE. If you want someone to spend their time helping you then at least be polite and grateful.
