What - by only signing a contract with AZ one day before the UK?

How much longer in advance of the UK's signing should it have been, in your opinion?

But they took so long to give the go ahead. We were using the AZ vaccine while the EMA were still pondering over it.

I'm not dave_j, but the moral of the story is evidently that we should have ordered our shots so far in advance that our shots were actually delivered to us before the British ordered our shots.

Something to remember for next time.

I think the moral of the story is that when faced with a charging elephant you reach for the loaded AK47 and don't wait to load the elephant gun.

I'm sorry, if faced with a charging elephant and you had a loaded AK47 in hand, I don't think the rational act would be to stand there smiling and hope that someone else can shoot straight.

According to this, The UK signed in June 2020. April last year was quite high at the time, and we had the first UK lockdown on 26th March until May. This limited the UK's Covid infection rates which was still high in April..

The predictions in infection rates were easily predicted by countries that locked down early, hard, and for longer.

The thread isn't just about the Tories and their success in getting Covid vaccination doses. There's plenty of things since the thread started that the Tories have, and still are, in chaos for.

But if you sign a contract with the elephant gun company that says they can't provide elephant guns to anyone else, then you'll be the only one with the gun, and responsible for saving everyone, not? Or just shoot to save yourself. Screw everybody else?

Lots of AKs with lots of ammo. If it's just you, you're screwed.

Barbaric elephant slaughter in Angola

Because the calibre of the AK-47 automatic assault rifles is too small to kill an elephant effectively and humanely with one shot, many hundreds of rounds are needed to bring down an animal of that size. Remnants of the Angolan civil war, including hand grenades and improvised explosives, were used along with AK-47 automatic assault rifles to massacre at least three elephants in the Luiana National Park, previously the heartland of Jonas Savimbi’s UNITA, on the banks of the Okavango River.

Like I said previously, it's smelling pretty ripe now. Better sweep it off the dock. You know, before it gets embarrassing.
again you're deliberately misunderstanding what I'm saying. Brexit is done and dusted, move on, being and angry twat about it will achieve nothing. Covid nationalism is a figment of the imaginations of you and people like you, if there's a phony vaccine war, people like you invented it, the UK is doing what it needs to to protect its own citizens, the same as the EU. You just can't stand the possibility that the uk may have done something right, and it's pretty revolting how much you wish it all to go wrong.

Well that speaks for itself. It's already been predicted that all of it would be someone else's fault. You're just exemplifying that now.

Look, take the advice I gave you earlier. Read up on stuff. It's already gone wrong. And getting worse. Like vaccine nationalism, it's not my opinion. It's very real. Wise up.

your mate Dave posted a link to a covid nationalism search, there were loads of them. But d'you know what? There's an equal amount of results for why the earth is flat, does that mean it is flat then?. It's an opinion born out of envy, nothing more, and you've bought into it unsurprisingly. You're still all bitter and twisted about brexit, for whatever reason and it dominates almost all of your posts. Get over it
