You have confirmed my last line, you want a divorce but of course it's not your fault but the other party who did not want a divorce..

The abuser rarely wants a divorce, it's the beaten partner who wants to leave.

15%

You're kidding right? I had no idea they had that much support.

That makes them kingmakers, on whose votes everything depends.

From memory (can't be bothered to search), there are around 90 ERG members and circa 650 MPs.

Good Lord.

I had no idea there were that many wealthy hedge-fund managers part-timing at Westminster.

What democratic result? The Electoral Commission ruled that had the Referendum result been legally binďing, the result would have bèen voided because òf rule breaches.

Certainly that's what I thought it meant - leave in full - and that's precisely why I didn't vote for it; because although my loyalty is towards the UK and not the EU, it seemed like too big of a step to take in one go.
Yet that Brexit in full is the only one The Brexit Party and most Tories are pushing. It's those who fèel like you who aren't supporting a hard Brexit who need to distance themselves from the hardliners, otherwise it's easy to be stuck in the same category as them.

That's nonsense as I'm sure you (should) know. I think you're mixing up the very flawed referendum result with getting pregnant, or more aptly, with becoming a corpse.

I was thinking more along the lines of a different analogy.

If I say I'm leaving the room - do people expect me to stand in the doorway with one leg outside and the other still inside?

No, the (sensible) expectation is that I'm leaving the room completely; and those exact same parameters apply equally to the referendum question - ie. leaving the EU completely.

It's pure political conceit to claim anything different.

Really so those who voted to leave because they wanted to reduce immigration or believed the 350milion lie also accepted the loss of free movement for UK citizens, the exit from the customs union., threat to the UK economy , security etc etc.
Indeed it is politicsl conceit to believe that Brexiters all had one idea in mind knowing fully the consequences off their vote...

Awww diddums. You're pathetic Dave. The sore loser to end all sore losers. The sooner you and your missus get on that plane to Canada, the better.
