Local offices of US Healthcare, Big pharma, & food adulteration, Boeing Corp, Blackrock and State Dept.
They just issue the orders down the hall to the slobbering blonde monkey & arse scratching troupe, and things get done 'The American Way. It's what people voted for - that and being run down by those with Diplomatic Immunity.
What's the Problem ???

I can just imagine all those special people that grace the HOL having to travel oop North to conduct their duties. God knows what they would make of the lunch and dinner menus.

It's only a temp move because the current HOP is falling down. So the PR machine is trying to score a few easy points, since they have to vacate anyway.

They could just live on a band bus, and have gigs around the country. Excellent idea.

The food probably won't be up to much though.

Has a certain ring to it.

Forget about the lunch and dinner, who is going to fund all the vaccinations needed?

It's all that's now left to them Lion. The bread & circus immigrant rants are duplicates of what now passes for government in the UK. As such, it keeps the (as yet) non-conditioned population from asking the fundamental questions, the answers to which this extreme right administration avoids.
The focus, imo, should be on their theft of EU Citizenship, the intended but undefined new Nationality laws linked to ethnicity. and intended withdrawal from the ECHR.
Set in this context, your thread appears to have been taken over by those dedicated to nationalism imo..

I am legally a citizen of the EU, which affords me some important rights under the law. But then, I have a German passport. My British passport will soon become irrelevant, so I'm lucky to have had the foresight to have initiated the long process of making it official just after the referendum.

Yes. I have two. One only has a few days left, but the other ensures I will remain an EU citizen.
