Certainly should be, anyway, unless she's going to change her name to de Pfeffle.

Good luck with the bet, though
Thanks but it's a long shot....but, ah you never know do you.
Lib Dems might be the popular kids at school if either big party get a minority and want to make progress.

Let's hope the Tories win a large majority and we can move on from this damaging uncertainty with some haste.

It's rapidly looking like the least worst option in my opinion.

That or we nationalise everything, fire up the Union buses and march straight for class war (no nukes though) and start raiding the rich. Wait. Does that mean Comrade Corbyn gets raided too?

Indeed.

However, they don't need ministerial seats in order to hold sway and in fact there are distinct advantages to not forming that kind of alliance.

Added to which, how on earth could they form a coalition with either of the two main parties given recent history and pronouncements from Swinson?

I just can not see any advantage of extending a Conservative Government. They've had 9 years and messed up big time.
And whatever one calls Johnson, he is NO PM material ! I don't see an attractive alternative to Johnson within the Cons since they threw out most of the moderate ones.

Here are just ''A few'' reasons NOT to vote Cons

Their track record is not very impressive, is it ?

Indeed - dealing with the aftermath of the terrible Labour recession of 2008/09 has certainly taken longer than expected.

And we open the flood gates to mass migration whilst allowing those coming to vote in general election to vote for more.

She's certainly completely at odds with what the party's current chief objective is supposed to be. Owen Jones sums it up nicely :
But the problem is this: the party has made stopping Brexit its defining cause, while simultaneously portraying it as a crusade that transcends party politics. The Lib Dems know that throwing resources at seats they cannot win and peeling away significant numbers of Labour voters will allow the Tories to win. They know that demonising Labour as a “Brexit party” – when a Labour-led government implementing its policy of a second referendum is the only plausible route to stop Brexit – divides remainers to the benefit of the Tory Brexiteers. They know that focusing their vitriol on Corbyn strengthens the position of Johnson.

But ultimately they are not, by definition, an anti-Brexit party; the remain cause is secondary to increasing the number of Lib Dem seats in parliament. If your main aim in politics is to advance the partisan interests of the Lib Dems and repeat their performance in government, then this makes sense. If your only cause is stopping Brexit, however, it does not.
The Lib Dems hate Labour more than they hate Brexit
