I just realized that the case is being handled as a civil suit. That is why no pardon is possible. Pardons are for criminal cases only. I should have been more clear headed.

Some of the pro-Trump campaign lawyers out there doing rally's in Georgia are telling Trump supporters not to vote in the run off election unless their vote is secure, it's almost like they don't want their supporters to vote now.

I was reading a discussion on reddit, that led to the PPP loans, and some small business owners were posting how they ended up having to close and go out of business because it was taking so long to get any help, and they ran out of money to continue operations in the current climate.

Really sucks if money was flowing to Trump and his family's companies while other small companies are going under because they can't access help.

Talk about a conflict of interest, not one of Trump's or his family members business should have even been eligible for it.

It's like those contests where they ask if your work for X company or have family who do, if so not eligible, same thing should apply to government funds, those in charge should not be eligible.


As others have said, in bad times you want to be a big corporation, the government will help you out, but you average Joe, eh sorry but there is a food bank and homeless shelter down the street you can use.


And now with another wave of shut downs in some states, things will only get worse. California going back into more stay at home orders and closing certain types of businesses again, is only going to make things worse.
