I don't disagree. I loved them but there weren't enough. I need more more more ... until I puke. I loved that era because it was when I was finally old enough to do whatever I wanted to and still young enough to get away with it. I do laugh watching those old series though with the huge shoulder pads, vamp heels and dramatic make-up ... it's like somebody gave me candy and ice cream at the same time.

I will preface this by saying how much I love Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant, but I'll offer up The Office as one where the American version really came into its own. Though I suppose the more episodic nature of the American sitcom vs the classic British '6-8 standalone episodes with maybe a small nebulous amount of continuity' lent itself nicely to the idea of a mockumentary.

he would be nuts to start a military conflict. Oh wait...he is nuts. But if you are going to pull a wag the dog..you don't do not do it with a nuclear power. Maybe hit Grenada again. Just his style.

I had forgotten about John Stonehouse, but that is another good one.

To kind of get back on topic, if Trump were to fake his own death, how long would it be before he was back on Twatter saying how sad it was that he was dead?

"Here Are The 52 Trump Investigations That Democrats Plan If They Win The Midterms:
Donald Trump’s business, Jared Kushner’s conflicts and the census citizenship question would all be immediately examined."

That's quite a list.

No, he was a Brit, zargof - John Stonehouse and his squeeze Sheila Buckley.... He would have got away with it too if it hadn't been for that 'damned bank clerk'
