Indeed. They are very vocal and provide the media with head-smacking soundbites, but there can't be that many that are prepared to buy into his mad presidency a second time.

Link doesn't work for me, but hopefully this one will.

What do you think of the FBI investigating possible Russian interference by fabricating the Biden/Ukraine email story in the Post? You know, the one now being pushed out by Giuliani, Trump and doubtless some of your favourite online sources?

You can be sure that if Mueller had found proof that Trump criminally colluded with Russia, the Democrats, far left etc, would have gone into meltdown demanding that the results of the election be nullified.

As for the New York Post allegations, going by all the behaviour we've witnessed it looks very plausible. What do you think about the revelations that Hunter Biden secured a highly paid job in Ukraine despite not having any skills except for the Vice Presidents sympathetic ear - which it seems was taken advantage of? And what about Biden demanding the Ukrainian public prosecutor be sacked on pain of losing the one billion dollars in loans - recorded on camera? And the China loans the Hunter secured - and Biden's glowing endorsement of China - also on camera?

They can 'demand' what they like, but as soon as the President is sworn in, they can only leave office by resigning, dying or being impeached, in which case there's no new election but the VP becomes President until the next election (or their resignation, death or impeachment).

Alternatively, they could always ask the Supreme Court to pass an Amendment to the Constitution allowing an election to be nullified and re-run under certain circumstances... That's not going to happen in the current Republican SC, is it?

I'm sure many family members of high-ranking officials take jobs they're not qualified for... How many of Trump's children are qualified to do what the Administration pays them for?

You've had the Biden-Ukraine crap proven false, now you're moving onto China. I can't be arsed to do your research for you.

So how did the impeachment go that followed the Russiagate hoax?

I really don't see how Biden stands a chance, with all of his gaffes from saying black Americans aren't black if they don't know whether to vote for him - and describing black men as super predators. People aren't stupid, there have been just too many slips of the mask.

Just wanted to point out the US Supreme Court plays no role in amending the constitution, for that matter the President also has no constitutional role.

2 ways to do it.

1) House and Senate propose an amendment in the form of a joint resolution, that passes by two-third vote in both houses. If it passes with two-thirds vote it needs, the proposed amendment is sent to each of the 50 states, If three-fourths of the States ratify the proposed amendment becomes part of the constitution.

2) This method has not been used for any of the 27 amendments, is a constitutional convention which requires two-thirds of the State legislatures calling for one, and then the amendment can only be ratified if three-fourths of the states vote to ratify it.

If # 2 ever happens, I would assume it would be during a time of constitutional crises and a congress unable to function.

But Supreme Court nor the President have a constitutional role in amendments.

Impeachment part went fine.

House impeaches which they did.

Senate removes from office but in this case and some previous impeachments the senate chose not to remove from office.

2 separate steps in the process.

Indeed. "Surprised" our resident US expert doesn't seem to know what impeachment is.

Thanks. Not sure why the source I used got it wrong, but I'll be double-checking future answers from them...

That's probably got something to do with you not being able to see over the horizon. What with you being 1000s of miles away and all.

Oh and he never described them as super predators. That was Hilary Clinton.

But why let fact checking get in the way of your torrent of human crap?
