If we compared voters to say football fans then some of you would be classed as glory hunters or plastic fans. Just pick a bloody team I mean party and support them through the good and the bad.

Nope. I don't believe in that.... I might be more sympathetic towards a particular party team, but I reserve the right to actually think for myself.

I can't go along with that. Parties are only made up of people, different people at different times with different policies at different times. Tribal voting (my party right or wrong) has caused a lot of trouble for the country, some of it pretty recent.

And I don't think Corbyn's politics are "extreme", particularly not if we're referencing the years of his leadership of the party. Or that there's much by way of a "far left" on the UK. That's just a lazy way of diverting from what he stood for, much of which the British public is apparently in favour of. But I'm done with rehashing arguments about a leader who's been shunted out.

Football teams are only made up of players, different players at different times with different tactics at different times. Shit transfers have caused a lot of trouble for the team and fans and some of it pretty recent. See it is no different

Well there is that. Can't we just relegate our current government to the fourth division?

Some would argue that the 4th Division is still too good for them how about a Sunday Pub League or is that even an insult to that league.
While I maintain UK citizenship I can honestly say I am glad not to be still living there.

I don't think I used the word "extreme", but to claim that Corbyn's views were not to the left of the party is to deny his years of opposition to the party line. I have also said, many times, that I was more concerned about some of those in Corbyn's shadow than the man himself, However, I agree - like Michael Foot, Corbyn was another attempt to shift the party to the left and it is over.

In my opinion, Corbyn's more centre-left than far left, though many current Anyone-But-Corbyn voters don't remember when the Labour Party really was far-left.

For me;
Far-left Labour - Foot, Kinnock, 1970's to 1980's
Centre-left Labour - Corbyn
Centre-right Labour - Blair

In my opinion, Labour under Corbyn (or any other Labour leader who took the party in the same direction), was almost the best of both old Labour and New Labour, but Corbyn's history, along with the fact he wasn't part of the in-crowd, made him an easy target.
