I don't know, but the important thing is it isn't me.

Anyway, you must be feeling good that Villa managed to do what Arsenal couldn't a few weeks ago. Anyone can put five past Kelleher, but I guess the real trick is not having five put past your own keeper at the same time

The referendum has been done. There was a possibility of another and now there isn't. There was a possibility of an alternative government approaching it differently, perhaps with a referendum on a specific deal and now there isn't. The government as it was failed to get it done but now there is a different government of the same colour but with a majority and it is in a position to get it done.

It just seemed like an opportunity to finish this one as there's little of any relevance in it now.

The new thread seems to be full of cartoons/pics. So maybe that can be the Brexit cartoon thread. It will be nice to have a more light hearted thread. God knows there has been enough conflict in TIO.

Could be, could be anything we want it to be.

But now that it's just a case of when and how, with no re-runs, petitions, procedural difficulties, there ought to be much less conflict.

And anyone who says different

I wish that could be said for the political threads.

Let's see, I think it was a month or two ago that I mentioned something about post-Brexit Brexiteers ending up abroad with their winnings.

The Brits who won't Brexit

Not exactly a big deal, but perfect example of the EU meddling in things it really should stay out of. Don't they have enough real problems to solve?
