Post EU Referendum

It is when the UK tax payer is forced to fund additional security measures in Calais because the French government can't be arsed to do their job. It's not like France is a poor country by any means either.
But you can hopefully now see why at least some people voted in favour of Brexit. With partners and best friends like that, who the hell needs enemies?

Their job to defend the UK from UK bound intruders? Exactly how should they be "arsed" to do their job - lethal force? (I asked you that question before). What about those migrants that the UK's Royal Navy so generously picked up in the Med. and dumped on the Italians and who then made their way to French coast?

You're going to have to get used to the fact that England isn't the exception anymore. It voted for that. Live with it.

Though Brexit may end it, in which case, UK border control returns to the UK border and the French will carry on as usual. Either way, will those who voted Leave because of this get what they expected Brexit to change?
Then why are you complaining about the UK funding placement of UKVI officers in French ports?

Since when is everyone supposed to cater to the English? The empire was over a long time ago. And nowadays, it's become blatantly apparent that English exceptionalism is hardly that.

I can't think of any other area of the developed world where the kind of mess that Europe has made in terms of border controls would be allowed to happen and fester for so long.
