Yes careless wording. I meant trade deals government to government with non-EU country's governments that are being discussed but also business to business discussions are also going on.

As they have for years, nothing to do with Brexit then or now.

So much for the weaker sterling Brexit Export Boom.

Britain as the weakest performer in terms of foreign orders, barring Greece, among big western European economies

A previous poster said "Is UK ready for the world"? I think it is remain posters who refuse to believe that there is a world!

Anyway you wouldn't agree with the speech--actually positive about Mrs May!
(Although you might have appreciated the NDTV moderator a sort of glamorous Jeremy Paxman and just as fierce.)

Remainers know that the UK has always traded with the rest of the world, unlike some brexiters who thanks to the tabloids have just realised that there is a world outside of the UK and that they really do not like it.

GET REAL !!!
I don't understand your argument.
The UK's position in the world post Brexit will be as an independent nation, being at liberty to trade with anybody and everybody.
The terms of that trade will be, at best, on a free trade basis and, at worst, under the WTO terms. In all likelihood the reality will be somewhere in between.
The only way the EU can influence UK trade agreements with third countries is if the UK was still part of the Customs Union, which is the reason for wanting to leave it.
A number of countries have indicated that they could quickly put a trade agreement in place and those hypothetical discussions will continue.

Certainly!
And sell some to the EU as they build their army.

Not much evidence on TIO! That there is a world outside the 27 countries of the EU that will be important for Post Brexit trade and they certainly don't want to discuss it!!

On the contrary, remainers know that there is far more to the world than the EU and India.
Being more aware they know that only an idiot would risk the known in business for the unknown.

So you agree that there is far more to the world than the EU!
Then you describe 'the world' as "unknown" in "business", so you really are in need of education!!
