No but you'll find quite a few who aren't the least bit impressed, under these circumstances, with the sowing of division, the pointing of fingers of blame and yet more aspersions about certain groups of foreigners. We can do without all of that right now.
The international community needs to act cooperatively and all nations need to do whatever's necessary towards helping each other in every possible way.

This.
People really, really needs to stop assigning viruses a nationality. This whole "foreigner" garbage is just that.
An old lady in Portsmouth shouted at my son to "go home" earlier today. As in back to the US, not his house. FFS.
People just need to stop it.

I'm sorry but if this doesn't convince the world that China has no place in the international community then nothing will. That country has no place in civilised society and should really be as isolated from the rest of humanity as reasonably possible until they can get an idea of how to behave responsibly and maybe learn a little lesson or two about food standards, anti-corruption and health and safety as well. Take away China's economy and it is basically North Korea with electricity and functioning factories.

And it's the one and only time that I agree with him. He is the only world leader really telling it like it is and calling China to account for their complete **** up. Very possibly because he is the only one with the power to stare them down but on this one occasion I applaud him.

I bet they feed their cattle with meat-and-bone meal containing the remains of other cattle or scrapie-infected sheep products as well, inflicting their Chinese cow disease on the rest of the world, the disgusting primitive b******s. They should be cut off from the civilized world. Oh wait...

It has nothing to do with foreigners. It's about risk mitigation. I don't want to lose the visa-free agreements with have with Europe or the civilised Asian countries. I just think the tourism industry and many western governments need to be held accountable for their actions.

Good job we don't do business with them. Otherwise people might travel for business. Foreigners using flimsy excuses to spread their third world biological threats.

That's my point. We need to review and exponentially decrease our relationship with them after all of this is over. China isn't a country ran by a government. It's a racket ran by a cartel.

I can only imagine what would hsppen if a new virus started in London. Although no doubt it would have been created by foreigners. "Real people" don't have that stuff.
But considering everything, and using your logic, it's probably a good idea to preemptively wind down business relationships with the UK in general ... You know, "just in case".
