In the UK it says not confirmed if he was breathing or not, bit premature to say he's dead.

TMZ is a Hollywood gossip site, quite trashy at times, but their sources inside the LA ambulance service and hospitals probably beats those of CNN, BBC, etc.

My first reaction when I saw the news on BBC was whaaat. Sons reaction was, at least some kids will be safe now.
