Yes, it will be produced in India to supply India and lower to middle income countries.
There are also contracts in the UK and US (and I heard Russia as well but that might have been a windup).

Anyway, let's hope it works but one should not forget other companies are also in testing face for this sort of vaccin, incl. China.
I wonder if they compare notes ......
