glad to read you are home safe and sound. For the last 3+ weeks, anyone returning to Canada must self isolate for 14 days. I am appalled that the UK is not doing the same,

Pollen is playing havoc this year timing is typical, I’m not really sure why they are showing us the weather either at the moment.

I have to keep antibiotics on hand just in case I begin to get a chest infection, to prevent it turning to bacterial pneumonia. I also get allergies, in the UK it was spring to autumn...here it seems to be year long.

I have never had seasonal allergies before in my entire life, so this is new. Post nasal drip sucks, but I was just so relieved that I don't have the rona that I'll work with it.

I had bronchitis once a few years back though.

I held out for hand sanitizer 'available locally' for a long time, finally placed an order that threatened something like a 5 week delay ... it arrived within a week!

It's the midwest. Welcome to my world. I have more allergy stuff here than I do sitting in the middle of a field in England.

I'm starting to wonder if I haven't actually had them for longer but I just thought I had a cold or something. I bet it's the bloody cottonwood.

For me it's molds (so practically all year), when trees bud in general, and grass pollen. Indoor dust is also a killer. Just from what I observe. They can get worse as you get older or have increased exposure, so that may have happened to you.

I have had hay fever as long as I can remember, at least age 5. It was awful...I couldn’t have lessons on the school playing field on a nice day...I had to stay in the classroom,.

I never had allergy issues but I seem to have them this year or a sinus infection/sinus issues, Not something I usually deal with. I ordered some saline spray on Amazon, so once it gets here, going to try it a couple times a day, its not medicated so safe to use daily.

I don't want to go into the doctors office so gonna see if I can get it feeling better OTC style.

As I have no fever or cough, I assume its not rona, seems more consistent with a sinus issues causing post nasal drip, plus my face feels like its gonna explode and pressure in the forehead but all the pressure is in the area of where the sinus is.

My wife is annoyed as I am keeping the window open and its cold inside, but having the window open with bathroom fan on, seems to help, but it does get cold inside with the window wide open, but fresh air is needed....lol

Based that it gets better a bit when the window is kept open and fresh air flowing, I think its indoor dust/pet dander/human dander/whatever else builds up inside from us being inside so much and spending so much time at home.
