1) Apparently a 'Victoria" sponge cake possibly originated in Spain! (Wiki.)
2) UK criticised over vaccine supplies to Commonwealth countries. St Kitts and Nevis.
PM of Caribbean nation accuses UK of 'forgetting' the Queen's subjects | Daily Mail Online
However they are getting it from another part of the Commonwealth--- the 'Institute' and UK and EU buying some from there also----international cooperation!

It does appear that due to the world-leading efforts to spread Coronavirus in the UK, we need it more than St Kitts does right now. The UK was at 86.61 per million people, St Kitts was at 0.00.
