Just a quick heads up for those who do not know.

We’re dreaming of a #Blackxmas. That means no spending with white companies from 11/26/2021 – 01/01/2022.

Unclear what the white companies who have contributed think.

Thanks for that... Sounds likea good idea.

Think of all the black-owned businesses targeted by racists over the last 60+ years.

Unclear what the white companies who have contributed think.
Why don't you ask them? Surely there'll be a statement from at least one of them.

You seemed fairly sure you'd got it worked out when you posted this :

You even knew that in some cases they'd "contributed".

In what way have you managed to confuse yourself since?

Always good to reconsider.

I know Microsoft has contributed to the cause and I am not sure they are a Black business?

I haven't bought any Microsoft products since my wife's laptop in 2016, which she hasn't used in over a year.

I'd check she's still alive if she's not been used in over a year.

The wife's alive... She took a couple of years to realise she could do everything she needed on my Chromebook instead of her laptop, so it became redundant.

The leader of BLM said capitalism is not working for black people. She then buys a 1.4million dollar mansion as further away from her black counterparts as possible m. Lol. You couldn’t make this shit up.

To look at it another way, she increased the blackness of a white neighbourhood.

I'm not sure what the argument against her buying an expensive house really is. People who advocate for social equality should give all their money to the poor and live in cheap houses? Aren't they really fighting for equality of opportunity rather than a state where everyone has the same amount of money.

Russel Brand commented that when he was poor and asked for equality, they said he was "bitter", now that he is rich and asks for equality, they say he is "a hypocrite" Not sure I would quote Brand too often, but it seems applicable here.

How poor does a person need to be, in your opinion, before they have the right to speak up for others who may not be doing as well as they are?
