I dont find that one surprising or unusual. The winners tend to be grass roots people and organization grafting for change, and then government functionaries or high profile government representatives when change has happened. BLM being one, Kushner being the other. I dont think he will win, but I am not surprised at the nomination. (I think COVAX will win)
