1. It opens with the commentator saying that Neff should not have been fired and that he's a great writer. It was unjust to hold what he said against him and in any case there were a lot of inaccuracies in Darcy's report (none specified, I think we're just supposed to take that on faith).
2.Moving on to what Darcy did, it seems that when he was a second year uni student he posted a satirical video that was making fun of students who wanted to add a "Chicano Studies" course to the curriculum, saying he found it funny. Nobody, including the commentator, has seen this video apparently, but hey.
3. The commentator then goes on to explain how this sort of posting is offensive "to the left wing and liberals", and provided a couple of responses from the time who felt the video was wrong, so apparently is calling Darcy racist for performing the very same actions that he, the commentator and those who consume these videos normally wholeheartedly approve. He also adds that he agrees that "chicano studies" as a course of studies being absurd is something with which he, the commentator agrees. So the commentator is calling himself a racist too ,since when Darcy did it he was a racist.
4. Even better, the commentator then goes on to explain how often comments like "if you don't like it you should go home" are levelled at Chicano people, "home" supposedly being Mexico although usually "Chicano" refers to people born in the US. Nobody claims Darcy said this, nor that it was said in the video, this is entirely the commentator's own insertion.
5. Better yet, the commentator goes on to expound on how there is a rational basis for the "go home" remarks because if you don't think the US is the greatest you should "go home".

So essentially, this commentator used this episode to repeatedly amplify and support the post content, and then he goes on the post other links which allegedly contain " anti left" content with which the commentator actually agrees but which he is simultaneously criticising Darcy for. Apparently he thinks we won't notice. What about you? Is Darcy racist for doing what he did? You say he is in your post. If yes, then the commentator is also racist because he is saying the same thing only taking it much, much further.
Oh and don't forget to buy the t shirts he's flogging about a third of the way through,

You really do provide spectacular material. I actually watched this thing, and here's what happens.

1. He did not say in the video that Tucker Carlson's writer should not have been fired and that he's a great writer, nor that it was unjust to hold what he said against him and in any case there were a lot of inaccuracies in Darcy's report. And by the way the writer wasn't fired - he resigned.
2. In case you didn't notice, he was judging Oliver Darcy through the left wing and liberal lens.

3. In contrast to what you claim, it did not open up with that you said at all. It said Darcy works for CNN now although he used to be a republican in college and (verbally) bash left wingers and criticise CNN, and also he has a long history of statements that many people (meaning left wingers and liberals) might say are xenophobic, racist, bigoted and questionable. He then showed a post on autoadmit that claimed falsehoods, smears and slanders and then moved on to the modbee.com page.
4. Your comments about the poster regarding Chicano people being told to go "home" is inaccurate and embellished with what you want to believe he said rather than what he actually said. And in regard to people endlessly moaning about a country they have chosen to live in while singing praises about the one they left, why shouldn't he say "...if you think America sucks so bad then why are you here?". He is entitled to his opinion. And in any case don't you think he might have a point? Wouldn't you go home if you hated America so much?
5. It looks like Darcy has upset 4chan and autoadmit members - who are now gunning for him going by the list of "questionable" things that he's posted online - and quite a lot appears to be emerging about him. Things like him being Editor In Chief of TheBlaze.com while the founder of Proud Boys worked there, and his opposition to BIPOC (Black & Indigenous People of Color), and many more, touched on in the video - all of which you forgot to mention in your post, btw.
In any case, in the top of the video comments section he has pinned the autoadmit thread to the top so that we can look at what its members have found on Darcy. I took a look and there are links to heaps of very dodgy tweets - and a whole lot more - so we can look for ourselves. In fact what Mr Obvious has posted about Darcy is mild compared with what the people on the link he provided have found....

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that nuclear families are an important ingredient for advancing children's prospects. Yet the organisation that goes under the name "Black Lives Matter" seeks to disrupt black nuclear families. Resident BLM apologists: Why do you think BLM wishes to do this?

I'd like to think I do help make the original problem that brought then into being go away, simply by being supportive of equal rights. I see this organisation as one which demands special rights, and therefore is antithetical to my vision of human equality and a post-racial world. Worse, they seem to have duped a great many people with their powerful slogan, and it's implicit false accusation that society doesn't care about black people. Even on their police brutality claims, as we discussed previously, there is ample counter evidence that racism in the police is not nearly as problematic as they suggest, and certainly insignificant compared to black violent crime itself. They're the Alt-Left version of Antifa and I can't honestly say I have much time for their ill-concieved protests.
In 2016 Russian trolls faked black activism to sow division, going so far as to call themselves BLM, and all of the lies and disinformation in this thread (being repeated by paulry, shard, carcajou and boiler) come directly from the Russian disinformation campaign. Russians posted outrageous remarks posing as both black activists and white racists, both being extreme caricatures, in order to inflame all Americans into choosing one side or another.
Come on girls, don't be a bunch of useful idiots, be real men.
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/12/17/u...-campaign.htmlThe Russian influence campaign in 2016 was run by a St. Petersburg company called the Internet Research Agency, owned by a businessman, Yevgeny V. Prigozhin, who is a close ally of President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia. Mr. Prigozhin and a dozen of the company’s employees were indicted last February as part of the investigation of Russian interference by Robert S. Mueller III, the special counsel.

All of the bigots repeating the Russian lies (useful idiots) on this thread (other than Boiler) don't even live in the US. These fevered dreams are what they fantasize about the US, not how it really is here in the US. They don't have any idea what things are like here so I guess it's understandable that they lap up the Russian misinformation like kittens at a milk bowl. It just sounds so good to them, they want it to be true so badly, because the world's they live in are too diverse. They need to have America as a glimmer of hope ... which is why they sound so ridiculous. Boiler, on the other hand, knows that modern day US is not the America he wants it to be and all he's got left is his trolling.

During your absence, there has been a major and concerted effort by the regular posters in TIO to clean this place up and cut out the abuse, name-calling, petty sniping and denigration, and that has been rewarded with much more free-flowing and expansive content and discussion, and disagreement that hasn't led to childish pissing matches as in the past. You are not going to cannonball back in and wreck that. If you have something to add to the thread, do so, but if you are just going to abuse and name-call, bugger off.
