WUNDERGROUND - Extreme low temperature alert

I often check the weather underground website and the isla canela webcam just too see how nice it is on the Algarve. Today I see a low temperature ALERT / warning ? IS IT REALLY THAT COLD ??? Supposed to peak at 51 F today, which I accept sounds about 10 F lower than it usually is in Feb. I'm guessing this is freak weather if correct! Can't imagine how the Spanish cope with these temps. PS, Hanpshire UK peaking at about 4 degs C today - not much difference?

The weather webpage that I use is showing 13 degrees daytime temp for today, Wednesday and Thursday. 11 degrees for Friday and back up to 15 degrees on Saturday.
