Working & living in Gibraltar
 

Hi:

I would sincerely appreciate comments from anyone that has knowledge about renting office space and letting a condo/house. I am looking into the potential of relocating my 3 member asset management team to GIB and would like references or feedback on what office space is available or bank buildings offering office lease. We require a location with a T-1 connection, or similar conduit, as all of work is electronically transmitted to London.

On a personal need, I am also looking for a very nice condo, apartment or villa to rent for myself. Children facilities or amenities are not required.

Is it better to live and work in GIB or work there and live in Malaga or in close proximity with 30 minutes driving distance?
