Working in La Marina Spain

Hi,

I am 21 years old, and am thinking about moving to Spain with my mum.
We have seen a property in La Marina, Costa Blanca.

Can anyone tell us what the area is like, and if you know what its like for work around there.

Thanks.

You can only find out what the area is like by being there, everyone has different thoughts and expectations. Look before you leap. ;)

If you do not speak fluent Spanish then the possibility of a job will be very limited

You could try being self employed and serving the British community - plumber gardener etc barwork ( English speaking bar only )

What sort of openings would a Spanish person have in the UK if they did not speak English ??

I have a flat overlooking La Marina Urbanisation - we can see it on the hill - it looks huge ?? View will soon disappear behind the tower blocks they are currently building in Guardamar :p

Cheers
