Hi there, I,m new to this but have read many posts on here and it seems very informative and helpful.....

Right, I have worked In Southern Spain for just over 2yrs, I earn 48k euro's here, however I would like to buy a house in UK on a Buy to Rent basis (Of course one day eventually going back to UK so we feel its best to buy now) DOes anyone know of a good Spanish bank that would help us here with a mortgage for the UK market ?

Doubt that any Spanish bank will lend you money to buy a UK home, and you will have great difficulty in finding a UK bank that will lend you the money either, HSBC has been quoted as one that might.
