Does anyone know how, I, for myself.

Get a copy of my employment history in Spain?

Is there an online method?

Yes. Your vida laboral is available from the INSS. You can get a copy yourself if you have a digital signature

Hi no I don't have a digital signature.

Can I go to an office and ask for a copy?

Yes you can just go to office. In fact they sometimes have axmachine where you input your data and it prints out a copy for you. I think you can also do it without an electronic signature if you have your phone registered - they send an SMS code.

You can also get an online copy if you have a Clave PIN here.

If you don't have a Clave PIN either you can fill in your details here and they'll send it to your home address if they match what is on file.

Today my friend is going to INSS to see if they can give me a copy, what I need to do etc

So hopefully it will work out.

Ok so went to the INSS local office yesterday.

Got the Vida Laboral, showing all my work history.

Also registered my phone and email, got a digital certificate and signature.

Although to be honest not really sure what to do with this

Made an appointment to have my ID checked and confirmed so that everything would go live, for Monday

Then went to the university who also have this ID checking facility got it all sorted

So am almost back to being a real person again.
