Conil de la Frontera is just up the road from us about 10 mins in the car depending on which way you go. In July and August you can not move but in September most of the crowds would have gone and the weather will still be great for beach and sea. It has the most wonderful beach that runs along the coast line and I think there is a new walk from Conil to Trafalger about 11km I think, never done it myself it seems like hard work for me.;)
