That's been around for some time.
It will probably happen but at least we have another couple of year to pocket the (measly) cash! My heating bills are far higher than they would be in the UK.

my night time temps are much lower than London's during the winter period, but if a civil service pen-pusher can't make head nor tail of that then as usual I will have to grin and bear it.
And pay €17.50 for a bombona, and we need 2 per week along with individual electrical heating in the bedrooms to inadequately heat the house.
