Sorry Fred, possibly only Malala Yousafzai out of that motley crew would get my vote. The word "hero" is used all too often for people that are anything but, like footballers for example.

The poll's winners, with 37%, were the ordinary members of the public in Wollwich who tended to the dying body of soldier Lee Rigby, and confronted his killers.
The entire population ( Gibraltar ) has won second place in the MSN 'Heroes of 2013' Poll, with 20% of readers choosing the Rock's people over individuals like Pope Francis, and the Duchess of Cambridge
