Default WiFi in Javea

Hi

We are hiring a villa in July near Javea which does not have wifi. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a Spanish service similar to BT openzone where you can connect locally for a fee?

Thanks in advance.

Mick

Thanks for replies. After having a trawl through the net, doesn't look as though there is an equivalent service to BT openzone in Spain. Is the WiFi free in Macdonalds and the bars?

Cheers Mick

You have to remember that, in terms of telephony and the likes, Spain is still a third world country!

But they have a slightly harder job access wise than BT has.

I had free wifi last year along the pedestrian prom at Javea, for the price of a cup of coffee.
