Why is playing La Primitiva online so impossibly difficult

As my local lottery shop is closed due to Covid infection and we are not allowed to leave the village I decided to try and play online.. The site is in English but is proving difficult, if not impossible, to navigate. I must be doing something wrong but can't figure out what. They ask me to complete the 'Pending' section but for the life of me I can't find it. Thanks

It was the La Primitiva offiicial site but now I have found the Loteria Costilla site and am playing on that. Thank you.
